Founded in 2015, House Office Hungary Kft. is a family-owned construction company that has grown into a stable and well-established player in the Győr region and the Hungarian residential property development market.

We began our operations by developing and selling our own residential properties. As market demands evolved, we expanded our portfolio to include general contracting, property value enhancement, and restoration services. In every project, long-term value retention, energy efficiency, and sustainable construction have remained our core priorities.

Professional Background & International Experience

We bring more than 16 years of professional experience to the Hungarian market. Prior to our current operations, we ran our parent company in Slovakia under the name RaabSlovakia SRO, where over a seven-year period we completed numerous residential developments, primarily focusing on lightweight structural housing solutions.

Our international references include participation in the development of the Bernolákovo Recreation Center in Slovakia, as well as the construction of multiple family homes in Schwechat, Austria. These projects strengthened both our European market presence and our professional adaptability.

We have also worked with passive house technology and participated in the construction of a building certified under the Darmstadt standard, achieving an energy demand of just 6.012 kWh/m²/year. This milestone represents a significant professional achievement for our company.
