House Office Hungary Ltd. is a family-owned construction company founded in 2015.
We started by building and selling our own properties, and later expanded our services to general construction, property value enhancement, and restoration projects.
We have more than 16 years of professional experience in Hungary. Previously, we operated our main company in Slovakia under the name RaabSlovakia s.r.o., where we completed several residential projects, mainly lightweight structure buildings.

We build and sell our own family houses, typically around 120 m².
Our homes are well-designed, easy to furnish, and meet AA+ energy standards.
We use high-quality materials and strict professional supervision.
Renovation & Value Enhancement
We modernize and upgrade existing residential properties to increase their value.
Our projects include energy improvements, mechanical system upgrades, and interior design solutions.
Innovative Lightweight Construction
Alongside traditional brick construction, we also offer lightweight structural solutions with brick façade systems.
Our latest development is a rapid, prefabricated system produced under factory conditions.
This allows us to deliver a turnkey family house in as little as 4 months.
Factory-precision wall elements provide high energy efficiency and thermal performance.

Our core team consists of 4 permanent employees, supported by back-office staff, design partners, and rotating subcontractors.
